Fynalite stable tools include a comforting 5 year Manufacturers Guarantee.
Thank you for purchasing your Fynalite stable tool. We hope it gives you many years of great service. Fynalite tools have been crafted using advanced technical manufacturing and materials. Our products are tested and perform excellently for the activities and environments they were designed for. Sometimes, no matter how careful we are with the manufacturing process, problems may occur. This warranty is valid exclusively in the European Union, Switzerland and Norway.
Please note that each product is guaranteed against defective material or assembly of the product under normal usage. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers faulty parts and the labour involved in replacing and repairing those parts, which are of original manufacture. To claim the guarantee you must have proof of purchase.
The guarantee does not cover
· General wear and tear on the product.
· Any depreciation or damages caused by ordinary wear, rusting or corrosion, lack of correct maintenance or operation, misuse, abuse or accidental damage.
· Failure or damage caused as a result of parts or accessories being modified without the written approval of Fynalite.
· The guarantee is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.
Your legal rights reserved
Consumers have legal (statutory) rights under applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products. This guarantee does not affect statutory rights you may have nor those rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the person from whom you purchased the product. You may assert any rights you have at your sole discretion.
Law
This guarantee will be governed by the laws of England and the English language.

The standard guarantee for wooden handles:
Should a wooden handle up to 12 months from the purchase date be of fault/ break/rot, Fynalite will replace the fork at no cost to the consumer, dependant on the review of the evidence provided with the guarantee form - proof of purchase required with date visible. After 12 months the replacement handles will be sent out.
Replacement of the entire fork from after 12 months of purchase can be obtained at no cost to the consumer, dependent on the review of the evidence provided with the guarantee form - proof of purchase required with date visible.
Colour disclaimer
Due to the many deviations in monitors and browsers, colour samples may appear different on some monitor screens. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the internet is not exact to that of real-life products. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colours will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the colour of the actual product.
