Is there a product image and description file available?

All Fynalite product images are available on a white background, as well as a wide range of location shots and current logos in both high and low resolution format. Please contact Fynalite for further details

What resources can Fynalite supply to help me sell?

Fynalite can supply Display Stands, catalogues and an extensive Image Bank. Contact the office and we can tailor the resource to your requirements.

How are Fynalite products priced?

We price our products according to quantity.  We have 3 pricing bands, 1 to 49, 50 to 99 and 100+.  The quantities can be for a mixed order of products.

Is there a minimum order?

Fynalite has a minimum order value of £250 + VAT

How do I order?

We accept orders by the website, phone, email, post or fax.

Will I receive an Order Confirmation?

We normally confirm orders by email.  Please let us know what your preferred contact is when placing your order.

How fast can I expect my delivery?

We aim to deliver Retail orders within 5 working days.  This can change if a product is not in stock or if the order is very large. We will of course keep you informed every step of the way.

How will my order be delivered?

Fynalite delivers its orders by Fynalite van, courier company for smaller orders, or pallet delivery service for larger deliveries.

How will the delivery be packed when it arrives?

All Fynalite tools are packaged in 5’s.  Trollies and plastic products can be ordered in singles.

We package smaller orders in boxes or cover the products in protective bubble wrap and pallet wrap to ensure that your order arrives in good condition ready for sale. Larger orders are packed into large cardboard pallet boxes.  These boxes can carry around 120 to 140 shavings forks, and up to 200 forks if smaller products are ordered. The external dimensions of these pallet boxes are 1200 x 800 x 2000mm.

How do I pay Fynalite and when?

We are able to accept payment by Bank Transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

The first order is on a Proforma Invoice. Once an account has been set up following successful account checks, your account is on a 30 day payment schedule. If payment is not made by 60 days, then your account will be placed on stop.

Can I expect rewards for paying earlier?

Fynalite offers an early payment discount for invoices paid within 7 days. Please contact Fynalite for further details.

What happens if I want to return an unsold Fynalite Product?

If a product is unsold and you wish to send it back for a credit after a period of 6 months, this is fine.  The product must be in good condition for re-sale and is subject to a 5% restocking and handling charge.

What is your returns policy?

All Fynalite products are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing, subject to normal wear and tear and reasonable care and maintenance. This does not affect your statutory rights. For full details please contact Fynalite.

What happens if I have a broken handle?

If your customer has a broken handle, Fynalite can send a replacement directly to the customer or store.
